Brazilian Mango Sorbet

This dessert, inspired by a dish I had while in Brazil, is so easy to make, very refreshing and could be considered healthy. The sweet flavor of mango is subtly cut by the tartness of Greek yogurt and lemon juice.

Mango Sorbet
2 cups frozen, diced mango, or 1-1.5 cup fresh ripe mango
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1.5 cup lowfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mango nectar
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Blend all ingredients together and pour into glass dish , or popsicle molds. Freeze 3-4 hours. Thaw about 10 minutes at room temperature, and serve.
